As a consumer, how often do you buy yourself a new piece of tech and then… you know, somehow not quite get around to exploring and using all its features?

You buy the latest mobile phone because you like the camera, but you never really delve into what the inbuilt assistant can do for you? Or you buy an SLR camera and only ever use it in the Auto setting?

Think of it as a Knowledge Centre.

Absolutely not. It’s a complement to it: a 24/7 resource where you can quickly check in to see how to do something on the system, or simply keep yourself updated on the latest features and innovations to make sure you aren’t missing out on any opportunities.
